Happy Halloween

Todays workout with my friend Roger (who was too hung over to concentrate hahahaha)

Part 1

  • Keg shouldering
  • Bottoms up KB presses
  • Jumping Pullups w/ rope
  • Pistols w/ KB
  • KB swings

*One min at each station/ 30 sec rest between/ 2 min rest after completed set/X3 sets total

Part 2

  • Med ball slams 30 sec
  • Power Roundhouse Kicks on Shield 10/ea
  • Jump rope 30 sec
  • *1 min rest/X3 sets total
TOTAL= FUN and not too exhausting. When we finished we went to Ranchos to eat...my lunch...
Grilled Red meat and Shitaki Mushrooms with black beans and guacamole and a combucha!


Teaching Yoga tonight and then Trick or Treating with my son...I will try not to eat all his chocolate!
