- Power Roundhouse Kicks on Shield 10/ea
- Jump rope 30 sec
- *1 min rest/X3 sets total
Grilled Red meat and Shitaki Mushrooms with black beans and guacamole and a combucha!
Teaching Yoga tonight and then Trick or Treating with my son...I will try not to eat all his chocolate!
