this past weekend I finally made it to the HLC (Holistic Lifestyle Coach) Course through the Chek Institute. I had been wanting to go for a while now, It was AMAZING, of course I met some GREAT people and Dr. Oliver was just perfect!

- Rack Walk to corner outside w/ 16kg R then switch to L back

Walking 1.5 hours/ light yoga
