Smooth week!

So many new changes...enhances in my life!
this past weekend I finally made it to the HLC (Holistic Lifestyle Coach) Course through the Chek Institute. I had been wanting to go for a while now, It was AMAZING, of course I met some GREAT people and Dr. Oliver was just perfect!

Monday
1 min Swings (16kg)
1 min TGU (12kg)

10 alt. swings/10 alt.snatch

Tuesday
Vinyasa power Yoga

Wednesday
(class at Revo)

  • High Pull w/16kg X5

R/R then L/L

  • Snatch w/16kg X12 R/L

  • Dbl Clean/ Alt. Forward Lunge w/16kg X5
  • Overhead Squat w/16kg X4 R/L
  • Rack Walk to corner outside w/ 16kg R then switch to L back
  • Rope Waves X25

Thursday

Walking 1.5 hours/ light yoga
