This weeks workout so far...
Mon:
#1
- Single Leg DL w/ 24kg X5 ea
- Pull Ups X3
- Bottoms up Clean and Press w/12 kg X5 ea
Repeat for total 4 sets
#2
- 1 Min Swings w/ 24kg (1 min rest between) x4 sets
#3
- Heavy bag work (all kicks and punch combos ) (2 mins on 1 min rest) X5 Sets
- Jump Rope (1 min on 1 min rest) X4 sets
#4
- Stretch!!!
Tuesday:
light yoga ( just touched up full back tattoo so can't do too much for a few days) Looking for airline tickets to visit in Colorado for the holidays, BBQ w my son's school today, training clients, teaching yoga and ENJOYING THE PERFECT WEATHER TODAY!!!
