WOD...crossfit's HELEN!

Took a bike trip to visit my friends at the Crossfit San Diego downtown today for another great experience:

400m Run

21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 Pood)

12 Pull-Ups



and heres how it actually went ...

21 kb high swings (20kg)

25 pull ups

16 rounds...Tabata rounds... 20 secs L sit and Knees to elbows on pullup bar

no wounder your so cute!!! Hard training makes for a hard body
